| I had a great time reading this book. It is a book that is apart of a series, somewhat like Harry Potter or The Chronicles of Narnia. I included this piece in my website portfolio because it was a different type of journal where we selected quotes based on various elements. From there we explored each element through the quote and how each element contributed to the story. Since this was written during my Sophomore year, I still had not developed my writing style. When I read the paper, I realized that I had many run-on sentences, so in my revision, I cut out many of the run-ons and other inconsistencies. |

| This piece of writing was apart of my multi-genre project, which was actually quite fun to compose. I did not use this piece in my final multi-genre project, but it was a creative piece since it was experimental and I had to tie it to the other parts of my multi-genre project. It was very interesting attempting to show the contrasting opinions between two people. My multi-genre project in general showed the life of a model and the problems she faced in her relationships, which eventually led to her demise. |
