I was born 3 weeks early. Because of my Mommy's platelets dropping, the Dr's got a little concerned and wanted me to come out as soon as they thought that everything would be O.K. She went in on Wednesday night to try and get her a little dialated, we stayed all night with Mommy contracting. Got up the next morning only to find out that we only dialated a fingertip. We were sent home where she contracted all day, and was told to come back that night to try again. Woke up Friday morning and found out that we had dialated to 3cm. They broke the water at 6 am and I was born at 9:36 am ---healthy and soooooo beautiful!!!! They say that I look just like my sister :) |
