Scrambled Eggs

 The ingredients can vary by the number of servings needed.
 The best way is to count heads and use one egg per person, one bacon strip and one potato.
Just peel potatoes while the bacon is cooked over the campfire.
When the bacon is crisp, remove from the pan but keep the grease.
Cut the potatoes in medium sized cubes and add to the grease (if it is too much, pour some grease off).
When the potatoes are cooked and lightly browned, add the eggs, beaten with milk to the pan.
Crumble the bacon and add to the mix.
Stir, turn and cook until all the liquid is gone.
Serve a large helping to each person.
