LEMON CHEESE CAKE

Makes two pies.
Crush 20 Reduced Fat Lemon Pastry Creme Girl Scout cookies, add 3 cup melted margarine. 
Press into two 8" pie pans.  Bake 5 minutes at 275E.

Mix gradually:                3 - 8oz pkgs. cream cheese
                                    12 cups sugar

Add and blend well:        1 cup sour cream
                                    12 tsp. vanilla
                                    1 tsp grated lemon rind
                                    3 Tbl lemon juice

Pour above ingredients into 2 baked pie shells.  Bake at 275E for 60 to 70 minutes.
