6 to 8 boneless chicken breast
1 bottle Caribbean Jerk Marinade
Cut chicken and soak in marinade (30 minutes or longer)
To prepare in skillet use 2 Tablespoons cooking oil to fry chicken in
(chicken can be cut into bite size pieces or strips). Cook until done.
Can be served with rice.
