CHOCOLATE FONDUE


YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS:  
			6 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate squares
			1 1/2 cups sugar
			1 cup light cream
			1/2 cup butter
			1/8 teaspoon salt
			3 tablespoons coffee-flavored extract

Place chocolate in slow cooking pot.
Cover and heat on high for about 30 minutes or until chocolate melts.
Stir in sugar, cream, butter and salt.
Cook on high, stirring constantly for about 10 minutes or until blended.
Add extract.
Turn control to low.
