Alex's View of God
Throughout A Clockwork Orange, Alex refers to God as "Bog".  Although this goes along with the Nadsat language (Bog is Russian for God), it sounds derogatory when Alex says it.  God is mentioned by Alex three times during the film.
After Georgie and Dim confront Alex about his leadership skills, he feels as if they are trying to control the group and by doing this, removing his power.  Following the confrontation, Alex walks with his friends to a bar silently.  He concludes that he should do what God tells him to do.
"As we walked along the flatblock marina, I was calm on the outside but thinking all the time.  So now it was to be Georgie the General, saying what we should do and what not to do.  And Dim as his mindless, grinning bulldog.  But suddenly I viddied that thinking was for the gloopy ones, and that the oomny ones used, like, inspiration and what Bog sends...I viddied right at once what to do." - Alex
Here, Alex is telling us that God sent him inspiration to turn violently on his friends.
Secondly, when Alex is sentenced to go to prison for fourteen years, he tells us that his dad blamed God for Alex's actions.  Alex seems to have a laugh at this, for he replys by saying that he let everyone down "real horrorshow".

"After the trial, with judges and a jury and some very hard words spoken against your friend and humble narrator, he was sentenced to 14 years in Staja Number 84F, among smelly perverts and hardened prestoopniks.  The shock sending my dada beating his bruised and krovvy rookers against unfair Bog in His Heaven." - Alex
Finally, the only time that Alex says God instead of Bog is when he is trying to convince the doctors that he is "cured" while receiving the horrifying Ludovico Technique.  This reinforces that Alex does not really respect God, for he only uses the term "God" when he wants something done in his favor to help himself.  By saying Bog the two times prior than this, it shows his lack of sincerity towards the religious figure.
"I've learned my lesson, sir.  I see now what I've never seen before.  I'm cured.  Praise God!" - Alex
Throughout these examples, it is evident that Alex does not think of God in the same way as most Christians do.  He believes that God inspires him to do evil things, and even mocks him in some ways.
