| ***Jr. Seawall Brawl Tournament Rules*** Equipment: 1. All participants may use their �best� team and need not comply with the Dark Team on Offense and White Team on Defense requirement. Teams will be provided to Rookie Coaches. 2. All Equipment and player figures must comply with Official Seawall Brawl Standards. Rules: All Seawall Brawl Rules apply unless noted below. 1. Game Length: Two 12-play halves or 1.5 Hours which ever comes first (1 time out per game) 2. No Push Rule. 3. No Set-up Clock, 4. Critical pivots will be made with assistance from tournament officials. 5. Sudden Death: 1 play each from the 50. Positive yards or score will determine outcome. One player must obtain positive yardage in order to determine winner. 6. No audibles/pivots before play begins. 7. Do not have to announce Run/Pass. Participants must clearly announce the ball carrier before play begins. 8. Receiver may be pivoted on all pass plays. All other rules still apply. 9. Kickoff: Each team lines up on their respective 40 Yard-line, Return man starts from the goal line and the game is turned on till the play is resolved. 10. No mandatory Punt Rule. Penalties: *None. Tournament officials will assist participants to ensure proper formations are used and the LOS is observed correctly. Guidance to Tournament Officials: *Tournament Officials will assist and advise when asked. Officials will encourage fair game play and will assist and encourage participants to keep the game moving (no play set-up clock required). Guidance to Participants: *All participants are expected to demonstrate fair sportsmanship throughout each game and the tournament. Failure to do so could cause disqualification. |
