Jesu-Mariae School is open to any child who widhes to avail of its services provided all requirements and regulations set forth by the school are met. However, JMS reserves the right to deny admission or readmission of students underr certain conditions.

A. Admission requirements

parents or guardians of new enrollees are requested to accompany their children when they enroll.

1. General Requirements

A. birth certificate

B. health records (Immunization)

C. two (1" x 1") and two (2" x 2") pictures (name written at the back

D. completed application form

e. card/academic records (for Transferees)

f. Parent/child Interview

G. Satisfactory marks in the school's entrance exams and interview

h. signed agreement both by the student and parents or the guardians with the school

2. for transgerees (in addition to above)

a. original report card (with latest grading report)

b. letter of recommendation from the principal of the school last attended (properly sealed and addressed to jesu-mariae school registrar's office)

c. Legal Size Brown Envelope

d. evaluation for signed by guidance counsellor of the previous school

e. form 137 validate registration

f. honorable dismissal or certificate of good moral character from the school last attended

g. certified true copy or certified true photocopy of transcript of records (for high-school transferees).

3. preschool-nursery/pre-kinder/kinder/prep

a nursery - achild should be at least two and a half years old as of june of the school year

b. pre-kinder - a child should be at least three years old as of june

c. kinder - a child should be at least four years old as of june

d. prep - a child should be at least five years old as of june of the sy concerned first time enrolles must obtain satisfactory marks in the diagnostic test given upon entrance.

4. for foreign students

a. alien certificate registration (acr)

b. certification of grade placement from the decs

c. same requirements for transferees as in items in #2

5. registration procedures

a. upon submission of all required credentials, the admissions officer will interview the parent and student applicant proior to the test.

b. the schedule of entrance examination will be given immediately after the parent/student interview. the guidance counselor will set the announcement of the test results.

c. an enrollment agreement issued by the admission's office will be signed by the parents or guardians after the student passes the examination
