Mustard Plant With Dry Scallop

  

  
Materials
Mustard Plant     400 g
Dry Scallop      2 pcs

Sauce   
Sugar    1/2 tbsp
Salt     1 tbsp
Light Soy Sauce    1 tbsp

  

    
Steps

1)   Wash and slice the mustard plant into small pieces, boil by hot water for 1 minute 
2)   Soak the dry scallop by hot water until tender, then tear into strips
3)   Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry the mustard plant
4)   Add some water, then scallop, then simmer for 2 minutes
5)   Pour sauce, stir and cook, then add corn flour solution and sesame oil, dish up
