Egg In Shaoxing Wine
  
Materials  
Eggs        8 pcs
  

Seasoning     
Shaoxing Wine       100 ml
Light Soy Sauce      50 ml
Dark Soy Sauce       50 ml
Water              300 ml
Sugar        1 tbsp
Star Anise      4 pcs
Cloves       2 pcs

    
Steps

1)  Place eggs into pan with cool water, boiled by low heat
2)  Turn off heat after 20 minutes of water boiled, soak eggs by cold water
3)  Heat pan again with seasoning, shell off eggs and add into hot sauce
4)  Cook for 5 minutes in low heat, turn off heat, cover the lid
5)  Soak eggs by sauce for 5 hours, turning egg to other side occasionally
6)  Slices each egg into 4 sections, dish up and serve
