Osmanthus Bean Curd
  
Materials       
          
Soft Bean Curd        3 pcs
Minced Chicken Meat         100 g
Egg         1 pc
Egg Yolk        1 pc
Tomato      1/2 pc 

Seasoning
Salt         1 tbsp
Corn Flour    1 tbsp
Oil         1/3 tbsp  

Sauce
Salt     1/2 tbsp
Sugar    2 tbsp
Shaoxing Wine     1 tbsp
Pepper         some
    

    
Steps

1)   Chop bean curd into very tiny dices
2)   Remove seeds of tomato, chop into tiny dices
3)   Steam egg yolk until cooked, mash it
4)   Marinate minced chicken with seasoning for 10 minutes
5)   Beat up egg, stir fry until fully cooked, mash it  
6)   Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil, pour in bean curd, stir fry until cooked, dish up
7)   Heat wok again with 1 tbsp of oil, stir fry minced chicken until almost cooked
8)   Add in bean curd, mashed egg yolk and minced tomato, stir fry and mix well
9)   Pour in sauce and cook until boiled, add in mash fried egg
10) Keep stirring and mix well, dish up and serve
