This DVD is my personal favorite official release by U2, probably because it is very similar to the concert I went to at the Gund Arena in Cleveland. In fact, it keeps me from getting hung up that there are no bootleg shows for Cleveland on DVD. It has only a few songs that were not played in Cleveland, by the names of "Gone" and "Wake Up Dead Man." Alright, I promise to stop talking about Cleveland now.

This DVD just rocks the house. You have to love how they entered the stage with the lights on, so you don't have to wait for a big preview. It's my personal favorite of "Until The End Of The World," and I love the beginning of the song where Bono says, "Jesus, this is Judas." The bullfight is better than ever, right in the heart with the audience, making it far superior to Zoo-TV and Popmart. This specific song has become a live favorite of both the band and fans, so hopefully it will continue to show up on mostly every setlist in the new tour.

"Kite" was great, but Edge was most responsible for making "Gone" even greater. The band plays it harder than ever before, again making it superior to any Popmart performance. And The Edge, well, he just goes nuts towards the end by beating the snot out of his guitar. According to u2faqs.com, Larry had ended the song earlier than planned, causing Mr. Edge to have a fit.

In the beginning of "Sunday Bloody Sunday," it appears that a fan threw something at Bono, but that didn't stop him from singing the song. "In A Little While" is great live, followed by the band being introduced by the man behind the microphone. The new acoustic arrangement of "Stay" eventually became a favorite on the tour, although a few fans whine about Bono's voice not being as good on it as it was on Zoo-TV. These "fans" are probably bigger fans of Hanson, who still don't have to shave yet.

Then comes the eighties classics "Where The Streets Have No Name" and "Bad," both done well. But "Bullet The Blue Sky" stood out as much as anything else. Mixing Bono's firing freestyle raps and Edge's distorted guitar made this the best performance I've ever heard of the song, period. It actually makes you glad that Bono has a taste for hip hop, and that The Edge can play like a machine. Of course, it has a great bass line and beat too, to be fair to Adam and Larry.

"With Or Without You" is interesting, Bono lays down with a cute girl during the majority of the song. "The Fly" rocks like never before. The encore is another great piece of this concert, especially with the visuals during "Walk On."

There are so many unforgettable performances on this DVD that no U2 fan should refrain from seeing. On the second disc, there is Another Perspective, where you can watch the concert from one camera angle. It makes you feel just like you're watching a bootleg concert. The Road Movie is also worth a viewing or two, and it also includes screensavers and desktop backgrounds. I can ramble about how great it is all day if you let me. I don't care if it's still $25 next to Slane's $10 price tag, this one is a must have.
