| Pilates is an exercise discipline that can be used by people of all ages and all fitness abilities. Most people can practice Pilates safely and effectively and in fact Pilates can be very effective in assisting minor back complaints and postural problems. Pilates moves can be modified to suit some injuries or conditions however there may be some conditions that require a special programme.
