2. William Riggs (Abraham ) was born about 1768 in Accomac County, Virginia. He died on 28 Jan 1834 in Accomac County, Virginia.

William married Ann Stayton daughter of Thomas Stayton and Anne Matthews on 17 Mar 1788 in Nelson County, Kentucky. Ann died before 1835 in Marion County, Kentucky .

They had the following children:
