                                                       Rules and Regulations

1. Membership dues must be paid in full before fishing in any Club Sponsored Tournament.
2. There will be No Alcoholic Beverages in any Boat during Tournament hours.
3. All Oklahoma Fishing Laws apply to all members at each and every Tournament for each Lake that is fished.
4. Each boat shall have at least one working Live Well.  No fish shall be put on a stringer or in a basket. 
5. There will be a 1 # deduction for each dead fish to be weighed in at the tounament officials discretion.
6. Once a Tournament starts no one shall leave a Boat until it is time for weigh-in.  (As long as weather permits.) 
7. Fishing is only allowed from the boat, no one may leave the Boat to Fish.  Partners must be in sight of each other during Tournament Hours.
8. There are no restrictions on Boat Size or Motor.  It is at your own discretion if you want to fish out of a TWO MAN, (BASS BUGGY), on any of the Lakes that we will have Tournaments in.  Keep in mind that you still are required to have One Working Aerated Livewell and that you will not be granted any Slack, when it is time for a weigh-in.  No Exceptions.
9. If there is ever a Tie between two teams, the team with the most fish shall be declared a winner.  If a tie still persists, the team with the biggest fish shall be declared the winner.  If there is still a tie, a simple coin toss will be justifiable.
10. Each Boat will be checked and inspected at each Tournament by Tournament Officials, before any Tournament starts.
11. There will be a one-pound, per minute deduction up to ten minutes for a late penalty charge.  No excuses or exceptions.
12. Three places will be paid for each tournament.
13. At no time can a member Fish while the Big Motor is running.
14. Only Artificial Bait and Lures shall be used.
15. All fish must be caught on a Rod and Reel, and only one Rod and Reel may be used at a time.
16. No contestants shall fish closer than 25 yards to another contestant.  Each Boat will be given a Marker/Ribbon that shall be attached to the Boat, in a visible position.  This will help each contestant distinguish which boats are fishing in the Tournament.
17.  There is a 14� minimum (measured with mouth closed and tail hitting mark on a golden rule or flat board) for each Bass at each Lake.  Unless the Lake we are Fishing for that Tournament has a Slot Limit.  Any Fish that is brought in to the weigh-in, on a slot limit Lake, that is NOT WITHIN the Slot Limit for that Lake shall be disqualified.
18.  There is a five fish limit on each tournament per team.  No Culling is Allowed at the Boat Ramp or Weigh-in site.  If you are caught Culling at the weigh-in site, the Biggest Fish You have shall not be allowed to be weighed in.  It would be a good idea to practice; only FIVE fish in the Boat at a time.  No Exceptions.
19. The BIG BASS, is part of your Five Fish Limit.  This Fish can be weighed TWICE.
20. Total overall weight of the five fish limit, shall be declared the winner.
21. A U. S. Coast Guard approved life vest, shall be worn, any time Your Big Motor is on a PLANE, � WIDE OPEN �.
22. All fish become property of the W.O.B.A.A., and shall be returned to the Lake immediately after weigh-in.  Except for Trophy Fish.
23. Membership is $20.00 per year and Entry Fees are $50.00 per Team/Boat.  Meaning that if you want to fish any Tournament, with or without a partner, You will pay the Full Price for the Tournament.
24. As a Boater and Non-Boater, it is up to each member, to Split the cost of Fuel, Eats, Entry Fees etc.
25. All Tournaments are � Bring Your Own Partner �. 
26. If you are on a team, you and your partner are required, to fish out of the same Boat.
27. The W.O.B.A.A. and/or its Officials, will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE or LIABLE for any Accidents, Theft or Damages.
If You have any Protest during or after any Tournaments, you shall be required to Bring it to the Tournaments Attention immediately.  If you have a protest after a Tournament, it needs to be brought to the Tournament Officials Attention within Ten minutes after the weigh-in.
