Vegetable Dip

When I was first married, I worked in a Bowling Center, as a Program Director. What that meant was special events with some of the groups who bowled at our lanes were booked by me. Seniors' groups were among the most popular, and definitely the most fun. I organized day trips to a few other Centers, and then those people would then visit ours, in exchange. The Seniors would often bring a few sweets, desserts or finger-food for their out-of-town guests. I got this recipe from one of our Seniors. I've never seen Vegetable Dip disappear so quickly in my whole life. And the ingredients don't seem to make sense together, but trust me, it works VERY well.

  • cup Ketchup
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
  • 1 teaspoon Worchestershire Sauce
  • 1 or 2 (225g) package Cream Cheese, onion flavoured, softened

Mix well all ingredients in a large bowl. Delicious with raw veggies on a platter. Refrigerate unused portions up to 3 days.
