The Vampire
Sometimes I wonder about some of the people I meet online, in the Chat
rooms. Occasionally, I come across some strange and lovable creatures,
some are even of the Night. One of them would be Rusty The Vampire. He
professes to be an Immortal, so telling you his young age would be useless.
I can tell you, however, he's one of those guys to have on your good
side. Now, he's never asked for a bite of my neck... but I wouldn't
turn my back to him for very long. *wink* Just remember one thing, Vampires
can't live in the sunshine.
Question:Is there anything you'd like to reveal about
yourself?
Rusty the Vampire: The one thing which people never realize about me is how my jokes always have
a serious meaning to them. If I'm joking about something, you can always see
what I really mean if you look hard enough.
Question: What's the story behind your handle?
Rusty the Vampire: I hope you have plenty of time for this one. My original handle is

The top line is my name, age, and sex. The second line has a strange story.
When I was on Compuserve and when I first started chatting in L'Hotel, I was
Count Dracula. After about two or three months I started being stalked by the
girls so I changed mt name to my real name, Rusty. The famous Slinky Black
Dress suggested one day that we all come in with a small line underneath our
names describing ourselves (talk about a trend-setter eh?). Since I had been
Count Dracula before, I came in as Rusty, the bloodthirsty vampire. After over
a year with that name, I was having a discussion with my friends in the Gossip
and they were deciding who all ruled the Gossip. I said I didn't want to rule I
only wanted to be Sheriff and so I became Rusty, the bloodthirsty vampire, and
the new Sheriff. Well as you can guess, Michelle had a cow so I changed it to
the military name instead.

This comes from a poem which I started writing about myself last Summer and
never finished. I may finish it some day, I may not.
By the way, the arrows represent my membership in the elite death. It is a
group of regs and hackers who actually work to keep peace instead of destroy
it. I use a few other handles such as Avenger, Shadow, Polaris, Vodka,on the
rocks, etc. Most come from my name or from trying to compliment someone else's
name.
Question: We've met in Hotel Chat. Why do you frequent that chat area, instead
of another?
Rusty the Vampire: I stick to L'Hotel Chat because it is well designed, free, and I have lots
of friends there. I also can be found in Big Bear Chat (look at my homepage).
Question: What one song seems to be your personal theme? Why?
Rusty the Vampire: My personal theme is definitely "Standing Outside The Fire" by Garth Brooks.
No matter what I do, I put my whole heart into it, and that song inspires me to
do that.
Question: What's the single most powerful force that exists? Why is it the most
powerful?
Rusty the Vampire: I believe that there is one true God in heaven and that he is the most
powerful force.
Question: What's your favorite food?
Rusty the Vampire: That's an easy one. The type you eat.
Question: What would you rather be doing right now?
Rusty the Vampire: I'd rather be with my girlfriend!!!!!
Question: As humans, we tend to seek the things that pleasure us. What one
thing makes your blood run hot through your veins?
Rusty the Vampire: Ummmmm.....Is that a trick question?
Question: What do you think about being interviewed like this?
Rusty the Vampire: It would be a good idea, but my fingers are getting sore after answering
that "how'd you get your handle" question.
Question: What was the single most embarrassing moment of your life? Explain.
Rusty the Vampire: The most embarrasing moment in my life was when I was a little kid and,
lost in my own world, I walked right across a football field in the middle of a
huge play in a game my dad was coaching!!!
Question: Wht's your favorite colour and why?
Rusty the Vampire: My favorite color is green because 1.) It is pleasing to the eye and 2.) It
has several neato meanings. ;)
Question: What's your favorite non-alcoholic drink?
Rusty the Vampire:
I love all things consumable so much that I really couldn't say.
