Easy Macaroni Supper
Sometimes the best meals are the easiest ones. This is one of the first meals my ex-husband made for me.
He loves this recipe so much that he often made TOO much. I remember he once made so
much that after generous helpings at supper, with a guest, we had enough leftover for a week's worth
of lunches for both of us, and then we gave another 8 helpings to his sister. I still cringe and laugh
when I see him cooking macaroni. I like this recipe gooey and slightly runny, so I add a little extra
soup; he prefers it a little drier, so that he can eat it with a fork instead of a spoon.
1 cups uncooked Macaroni
1 can (10 oz or 284 ml) condensed Soup, cream or tomato
 cup Cheese, grated
Toppings (Bacon Bits, Parmesan Cheese, Croutons, Leftover Meat, etc.)
Cook macaroni according to directions, drain. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Serve
hot. Makes approximately 4 helpings (or 8 servings).
