I am NOT attending any classes at this writing.  However, I do practice.
At this moment I am doing Upward Sitting Cafe' Patron.  It's soooo good!
Most of my practice is focused on making sure that I am gaining some Flexibility as I try to increase Strength and Endurance.  I have come to think of my entire Gym regimen, which originated from Physical Therapy from the leg problems, as my Practice.
