The subscriber, executor of the Testament and Last Will of Samuel McClintock, late of
Brandywine Hundred and County of NewCastle, deceased, Represents that there was but some
small debts due from the Estate of his Father, that the executor did not require probate
to their accounting in consequence of being sole heir to the said Testators Estate. Given
under my hand the 15th day of February, A. D. 1808
