An amazing display of offence: 62 hits in 89 at bats for a team average of .700 and throw in 8 homeruns. Pretty impressive numbers. Junior, Darryl and Nopy continued their torrid hitting pace going 25 for 27 with 6 HRs and 24 RBIs combined. On the defensive side, other than a few missed one-hoppers in right field, the squad was pretty much flawless. Good preparation for the test on Wednesday against the big boppers of the Lighting Source. A couple of fines were issued last night. Reid with those HORRIBLE red joggers - $10; and Randy with his pajama bottoms on (no tuck) that apparently his wife wouldn�t let him get dirty - $10. Of course of special note in this game DAVE welcher missed his second straight start; Paul Flemming missed the game due to the arrival of boy #2 (congrats from the team, but 4 days should be plenty with a newborn); and of course solid props have to go out to big Davey Mac for hitting his first-ever dinger. �Leanne!!!
