| The start of the second half was a duplicate of the first, two wins over the Copper Penney, substantial wins I might add. A total of 50 runs in two games is a mountain to climb for any of our opponents. On a side note no individual in the silver and black lineup tromped on the plate less than three times on this occasion. .723 team slugging is by far our hottest hitting to date which in turn left the penny boys shaking their heads and throwing in the towel in the second of these two games. Balls continue to leave the commons at an alarming rate, eight in total tonight, Dufour was responsible for seven of these, and a gentleman from the Penney squad tattoed the last way deep in left. In the field on this night we were steady enough to warn off any threats of a rally, holding them to a mere thirteen runs in both tilts. Assisting in this effort were the following. Nopy from his back with a one hop to first from deep in short left the fans ecstatic. And although a missed ball, Dobber's impression of a cyclone behind the plate on a routine pop fly was the hilight of the night and really only missed his glove by about nine feet.
