G A M E S U M M A R Y Versus: TWIN CITIES Monday, June 11
GAME #1 DUFOUR: 18 TWIN CITIES: 7
GAME #2 DUFOUR: 13 TWIN CITIES: 5
4-0 in June, boys!!!! We have found the bats, finally. Dufour is firing on all cylinders right now. From the infield to the outfield to the plate, the team is looking very strong. The Rookie Flemming is settling in and seems to have found his sweet stroke to right field. Junior is hitting the best of his long career (which makes up for Clancey's temporary slump fest) - yes Jules, I got BOTH your faxes of the stats from the games. With two singles, Alex doubled his hit production for the season and is looking like his old self once again. And Marcattili is starting to find his old stroke to just over the head of the shortstop. Now if he could just remember to put the gun powder in before he loads up the cannon from the plate. Can't forget Travis, who was dreaming of stroking one to the fence at the end of the second game. Save it for Calvin, Trav. F#$& this website!!! We are peaking at just the right time. Arch rivals East Side (formerly Timberlea) will be clashing with Dufour on Monday night. East Side is riding a 28-game winning streak dating back to last year. Me thinks that streak is over come Monday. Our biggest test of the year is coming up. Let's all bring our game!
