Well, we have to go back in time and recount another story of a darker time. The Dark Cloud began a long time ago before King Zavier was king. It started when Lord Zavier and Lord Drago were sent on a mission to defend and save the last of Dragonkind. They were captured by an empire, pitted against each other in a struggle of life or death. They were not the only ones fighting in this game; each was paired with a female partner for the amusement of the emperor. Many other mythical and non-mythical mixed pairs were also pitched in this fray, but only one could survive.
During the intense combat that followed the Phoenix was awakened and empowered by the imminent danger to all mythical life as we know it. She used her great power to rescue any and all survivors of this horrible act of cruelty. Sadly only five souls were spared. Among them; Lord Zavier, Lord Drago, their female counterparts and one frightened barbarian.
After a brief rest the entire group set out to fulfill their mission to raise an army to defend and save Dragonkind. Recruiting one member at a time. Allying with or destroying human kingdoms as they went. Thus the Dark Cloud Army was born!

Moving now to a closer period of time...
Shortly after the turn of the century and after a long and treacherous journey, King Zavier, Shifty, and Mistress Lexi were in the deep southern part of the country in a newly built outpost castle where they found a lawman, Jonny Law. Jonny Law, also known and feared by many as �The Enforcer�, was working hard trying to maintain order in the land. King Zavier allied with Jonny Law and recruited him into the Dark Cloud Army. Jonny Law vowed to help defend and save Dragonkind and started the House of the Golden Dragon
And so it began that fateful day (04-02-06)...when Jonny Law donned his armor and set out to oversee and maintain order in the southern part of the land in the name of King Zavier, the Dark Cloud Army, and the House of the Golden Dragon.
During Jonny Law�s life, he met, fell in love with, and married a beautiful maiden named Lady Turtle. Jonny Law, while passionate about his work, has maintained his love for his beloved wife, Lady Turtle, who waits with baited breath hoping her husband will return to the castle and the House of the Golden Dragon alive.
Jonny Law continues to maintain law and order, ally with others, and recruit members for King Zavier in his absence under the House of the Golden Dragon to continue the fight.

Why "House of the Golden Dragon" you ask?.....
Most revered among the dragons' legendary heroes are the golden dragon. His scales and wings are the color of gold, and, although he does not belong to any of the three great elements (earth, water and fire), by nature he embraces all three, and he is the dragon possessed of the greatest beauty. He is unique, pure and perfect. Neither fire, nor air nor water are strangers to him. Only one man is his friend and only three knights have ever set eyes on him. The Golden Dragon has never taken part in any aggressive action. Unsullied by any flaw, he is pure and without blemish. He is the Guardian. Protecting the Earth from anger and greed, the golden dragon works so that all will be freed.
