The first step to naming numbers, is to know the 1-digit numbers, which is VERY simple.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.
Then you can go onto 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20. This could take a while so let's skip to 100. Then you can go to bigger numbers such as 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1,000. Of course, there are bigger numbers. 10,000, 100,000, and finally, 1 million (1,000,000) We made it to the first "-illion" number!
"-illion" numbers have a pattern. Of course, we will skip a lot of numbers in between. You should know about "billion," which has 9 zeros. We will follow the pattern of the number of zeros.

Do you see the prefixes? tri- means three quad- means four quint- menas five.

You contiue on using "decillion," which means ten. To create "11," you must "combine prefixes."
You cannot use "mi" or "bi" prefixes for continuing numbers. Instead, "uno," meaning "one" and "duo," meaning "two," are used.
