This site has just been created as a place to acquire the Palm compliant PDF of Thinking in C++, Volume 1 (Revision 2). This 1.3 MB file is fully compliant with the Palm Pilot version of Acrobat Reader, and should transfer directly.
Since I first put this up, I have discovered that a much better solution is to use the Plucker software to load the HTML version of the book onto your palm, since this is much smaller, and very convenient to browse. This software can be found at http://www.plkr.org, and is distributed under the Free Software Foundation's General Public License (i.e., it is free and comes with the source so that you can tinker with it if you like).Enjoy,
