| Details : | Formerly known for its squatter areas, Wangsa Maju has developed since 1995 with many new housing projects for the medium income group as well as shopping centres. Residents comprise civil servants, army and police personnel and middle-class professionals. Although there are still 6,000 squatter families concentrated in five areas, Wangsa Maju hopes to be squatter-free by the 2005. |
