This is the second character that I used to beat Diablo Classic. I defeated Diablo in Hell at level 40 in a party with Jay�s Hammerdin and Cynthia�s Bowazon. Back then, Static Field continued to damage monsters even when they had less than � their life left, so I spammed Static Field most of the time while Jay�s Hammers and Cyn�s Multiple Shot and Strafe did massive damage under the augmentation of Jay�s Concentration aura. Absolutely nothing could stand in the way of such a powerful party! Also back then there were no Immunities, allowing sorceresses to specialize in one attack. I chose Blizzard as my spell of choice and maxxed it. I mistakenly put points into Glacial Spike and Frozen Orb since I hadn�t completely grasped the concept of wise skill choices, and back then there were no synergies to justify those points.
Upon the release of the Expansion Pack, I discovered monster Immunities and chose to develop Fire Wall as a backup attack for Cold Immunes. I still have not overcome the Hell Ancients with this character. Jr�s necromancer provided the waypoint past the Ancients and we beat Hell Baal together after many many deaths (due in part to some serious lag from my old 56K modem). I have been awarded Matriarch status, but I don�t feel like I deserve it until I can beat those Ancients.
