In a democracy the decision making is complex, unprevisible and reflects the majority view. Dictatorships
do seem to have more consistentant and previsible actions, and, in fact, project the humane pesonality of
the dictator. It seesm that in the middle-east the sucessful governments are based of dictatorships of some
sort, somethimes called monarhies. - jok

Some social habbits are responsable for creating mass actions, sometimes criminal, as the criminal
"jihad" has sprung from the irrational religious exagerations and interpretaions; as it is going
on curently in the Middle East. The true responsibility for the terror acts is mainly a fruit of
the social structure and actions of states. In US everything is different. The culture has
created a tolerance to understanding of acts of discrimination, abuse, and opresion of groups of people
branded somehow suspect/inferior. There is a tendency of rigidity and prejudgement of social
sections, without any regard to the official, and well promoted, value of liberty, dignity and
civil rights. The anti-violent/criminal opinion is so strong, that even pets are required,
against their natural instincts, to be calm, and non agresive even when under unbareble stress.
These animails are usually put to "Sleep", a very "kind" word to mask the true action, which is
destruction of the animals life. Is not the pets need which is protectted, but the killing is
a consequence of the society wich can't "tolerate" such an "brute" act. The violent members of
the society are locked up in jails, and it is done so perfectly that milions of people are
currently locked up, creating a so called "jail overcrowding". Sometimes the desire for
this perfection is so strong, than even the mentally ill, and inocent are locked up because
they belong to some social class that does is not part of the mainstream. Some social groups
are grossly discriminated against. There is not too much the unfortunate people can do about it,
the all situation is already sorted out. The "complainers" do play some group card, or are totally
untrutfull. Either way, the court system is already "tired" about their complains. So, these
abuses are ignored, even they are protected, what a contradiction. Nobody, in the right mind, will
acknowledge that they take part of such an abuse, but find some aother "legal" option to hide
their intentions. Intentions are hard to prove, unless a patern develops. But nobody in the
right mind will do nothing about it, it is not worst it. The consequence of this is that some
individuals and groups become socially opressed. The opression can develop in a state of war.
The opressor will use its social power and the legal system weacknesses to delay or dismiss
any legal actions of the opressed. The courts sometimes fail to handle this stituations, and
the opressed is usually left alone to cope with the hearsh consequences. The opressed must
take care of his family, and also observ its social responsibilities. Many time he has no
reasonable way to be a socila responsible person, and, as his persionality and environment
dictates, he will become an anti-social person, a criminal. Can we conclude that opression
ss root of criminality? Even now, the opresed will be abused and jailed, and declared a social
outcast. The opressor does enjoy his found power, and likely, why not, continue his misearble
anti-social acts. Police will sometimes join the opression, the craeless judge will encourage
opression sometimes only by doing nothing, and the government too. jok

Jail overcrowding. Too many people jailed because of the social oppresive junk. The true
criminals, opressors, have "showed" the opressesed in jails. What this is seem different
