SIPPING Snagov.com items have the shipping cost included in the price. The shipping will be ground service provided by FedEx or DHL company. If the customer wants expedited shipping service that a request has to be made and the Snagov.com is glad to accommodate this request. In the event of an expedited service request the customer will pay a shipping fee that represent the cost difference between the cost of ground shipping to the expediting price. The Snagov.com will accommodate shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, and the customer will be informed about pricing options and request a final approval before shipping.
CREDITS and REFUNDS Snagov.com does promptly honor customer order cancellation requests before the item purchased has ben shipped. After the shipment has been made the customer can return the item for a refund, the customer payment will be reduced by the cost of shipping. For items of value more that $100 the shipment will be insured for loss or damage, the customer return shipment must be also insured.
IMPORTANT Snagov.com will be careful to process the order accurately. If any error is noted Snagov.com can cancel, at its own discretion, any order if is considered inaccurate as the payment or any issue with the Paypal payment processing or issue with customer address. If Paypal it is used as a pay gateway, then the Paypal confirmed address only must be used for shipping destination.
