Abstract

Standard busyness program system that is separately projected, works on computer system with poor performance. One consequence is long time for file opening. In this paper we present one heuristic optimization method for file open time. Using generating function of unexpected variable whose values depend of number of users and of probability chosen option, we can calculate new times for opening files.
