This view is extra special because you are looking at New Hampshire, the center mountain is Mount Moosilauke. the view is across the Connecticut River Valley. this means that the house is on one side of a valley and the view is across it so there is very little chance that anyone can ever build anything that will interfere with your view.

My girlfriend just got offered a great new job, unfortuneately that means we have to move and soon. I'm listing the house here just for July and then I will have to list it with a broker. I decide on the price after talking to several different people. I would like to sell it privately and I am very flexible on the priceand as they say in the car ads.

This the front of the house with a large covered porch, the hot tub is on the left side of the porch. Last night i was out there and this was the view.
The pole barn to keep all your toys oops I mean tools. There is a local VAST trail nearby so you can snowmobile right from the house. The snow machines are in that trailer in the center bay.
I looked through the living room window and saw the moon rising from just a sliver to a full moon. I grabbed my digital camera and took this picture.

The property is approximately 9 acres of house and fields and 25 acres of woods (my estimate). the woods were cut for timber about 6 years ago and I am told that they will be ready to be groomed again in about two years.
There is a gazebo in the front field to the left of the house, a really nice place to sit and enjoy the day.

The front and back fields are separated by a stone wall and there is a pond in the back field. I never measured the pond but my guess is that it is about 35 feet across.
And now the inside...

THE LIVING ROOM   
The living room has a cathederal ceiling (with a ceiling fan) and pine wood work throughout. It is a little hard to photograph so I took pictures from various angles. The big window that is to the right of the fish tank faces out towards the mountains.

THE KITCHEN

The kitchen is a large eat in kitchen there is a gas stove, a refrigerator freezer (freezer on top) a dishwasher. the island in the pictures is a portable one on wheels. you may notice that the lights have extra wire on them. I left them this way so you can adjust them to what ever length you like (I could never decide).
there is also a large pantry behind the wall by the kitchen table
