NOTE :(Below are a few pre-arranged procedures that have been agreed upon in the first meeting of the District Curriculum Committee held on 1 FEB 2002) 1. In the Preliminary round, the odd numbers take the stand of the Government. The even numbers are the hosts and will take the stand of the Opposition. 2. In the Semi-final, the even numbers will take the stand of the Government while the odd numbers will be the hosts and take the stand of the Opposition. 3. The Preliminary Round will commence at 8.00 a.m. whereas the Semi-Final and Finals at 8.30 a.m. sharp. 4. In the Finals, the participating teams will draw their stand ONE hour before the debate starts. Both teams will be quarantined for ONE hour in two separate rooms prepared by the host school. |
