| Official Rules | ||||||||||||||
| 1. $20 entrance fee. All prizes will be paid from the entrance fees, and 100% of the entrance fees will go towards prizes. Checks should be made payable to John Kavanaugh. | ||||||||||||||
| 2. Selections are of DRIVERS ONLY, not of owners, cars, teams, numbers, or anything else. If a driver retires, is injured, fired, changes teams, etc, your points follow that driver. Note: If a DRIVER starts the race and is awarded points from NASCAR, then you will also receive points. | ||||||||||||||
| 3. Entrance list is made up of the top 50 drivers of 2007, plus currently known rookies. It is up to the player to know who may have retired, changed series, or in some other way no longer participates in Nextel Cup racing. | ||||||||||||||
| 4. The write-in line in group 10 is for group 10 only. This is in case there is a rookie team announced after the entry sheets are distributed. If there?s someone you know is racing that you would rather have than any of the listed group 10 drivers, write their name on the line and circle it. | ||||||||||||||
| 5. The number of paying spots and the amount of each will be announced following the Daytona 500. 2007 payoffs, with 313 participants, ranged from $1000 for 1st place down to $100 for 20th | ||||||||||||||
| 6. If there are 200 or more players, there will be 6 (six) or 7 (seven) Pool-Within-A-Pool events. The rules and payoffs for these, if happening, will be announced after Daytona. | ||||||||||||||
| 7. In order to be eligible, entrance forms and payment must be postmarked no later thanSaturday, February 9th (day before Daytona Qualifying). | ||||||||||||||
