
The Summer Songs consist of a set of fourteen new tracks that were played live in the year 2000. Rivers dubbed these tracks "experimenting with sucking". Only three songs thus far have made it past the demo stage. Hash Pipe appeared on The Green Album. Slob and Dope Nose will appear on Maladroit...Weezer's 4th album. The only versions of these songs avialable to the fans were from bootlegged recordings. Luckily, thanks to the Summer Songs 2000 website and petetion Weezer released 10 of the songs from various live show performances. They released a bonus track as well. There are also some demo versions of these tracks floating around the net but are not band approved. Here is a breakdown:
