| Narrated By: ZGohanJonZ There we were,Raven and I, sitting outside the Captain's office awaiting our final report on our previous mission. The captain hadn't called us in yet. We await patiently for what seems hours, but only lasted fifteen minutes. "Come on in soldiers". We march into the room and saluted. The Captain, a tall, well built man with black hair slicked to the side, saluted and said, "At ease." As he sat down, he motioned us to sit as well. "Well, what we have here is the Sith Mercenary HQ. No threat, and no defences. Sounds like they aren't going to go anywhere anytime soon. You boys have completed a mission that no others have come close to." Raven and I were taken by surprise to know that others have gone on the mission, and were not as fortunate as us to come out alive. "So, what does this mean Captain?" I said nervously. He replied," This means, that you two are going to the Endriago sector, another mission awaits you. After completing the SMHQ mission, we are confident in your abilities to keep up the good work." I looked at Raven and he looked at me, then before we could say aything, the Captain said, "You will get the coordinates from the 1st lieutenenat on the base floor floor. Dissmissed." We salute and walk out, and discuss how we would pull this one off, we were lucky enough to come out of the last mission alive. So as we descend the stairs to the base floor, we can't help but wonder what is going on in each others minds. Before we go down the last flight of stairs, I told Raven that we would be fine as long as we can stick together. As we go through the door, the 1st lieutenant awaits us up ahead. After receiving the coordinates and the location of our ship in hangar 4, we decided to load up our weapons. Cautiously we climb into the ship wondering if we will see this hangar again, knowing that the last mission had only two survivors, us. While in the shuttle, we sit across from each other. Raven was tall and Muscular, I could tell by his expression on his face that we were somehow going to get out of this mission alive. He ran his fingers through his thin, brown hair in his nervous habit. It was silent for most of the trip, we both were quiet, afraid to say anything. After a while longer, the Pilot announced over the Com, "we'll be there soon guys, be ready." We arrive at a small space outpost, and the docking clamps locked onto the scratched hull of the outpost.. Written in a bright array of lights on the outpost's tower were the words, AREA 21. After hearing our briefing on the mission once more, we suit up, grab our weapons in hand, and head for the bay doors. We step onto the cold steel and hear an echo of our footsteps. Nervously clutching our weapons, we walk down a long corridor and spot an elevator. As I fiddled with the control panel, I couldn't figure out any of the coding and scripts on it. Then Suddenly the elevator started to move down toward us.. In my mind, I pictured guards waiting at the top for us after hearing the mysterious elevator shifting into movement off schedule. Preparing to fire, both of us swiftly scan the upper floor after the elevator came to a halt. I am surprised and surely Raven was when we found nobody on the next floor either. There was another panel on one of the four posts in the small room. Telling Raven that I had enough wasting time with the last panel, he had this one cracked in an instant. As soon as the beep from the panel cleared the room, there were twenty doors that had opened with small teleporters in each one. We reluctantly went through the first one only to be amazed at what we saw, a beautiful oasis town that was deserted. We took time to explore the town, but knew we had to find a way out. Raven's flashcam had disturbances from somewhere in the town, no photos are available from the particular scene. After finding another teleporter that took us to the small, main room, we went in each of the teleporters one at a time, and some had interesting scenes. One was of an ice mountain, one was a lightning storm, and another was of a rebel hideout. We took snapshots of each place, and finally went back through the last teleporter. As we went through it, we found ourselves amidst a mass of guards. Immediately we used force lightning on some of them to paralyze them for a short amount of time. They opened fire on us as we hid behind two of the posts. I yelled to Raven," This wasn't what I had in mind!" We had to find a way out! I tried to remember what the room looked like again, I couldn't look around now, not with all the laser blasts flying within inches of us. Then I remembered the hole in the roof, and I was just about to tell Raven when he flew around his post using force speed and then used a concussion rifle to blast the guards backwards and onto the floor. Motioning for me to follow, he used force Jump to escape through the hole in the roof. As I turned to follow him, I ran face to face with a guard. Shocked to oblivion, I whipped out my Saber and thrust it into his stomach, and fled. I almost flew when using force jump to get out of there as fast as I could. Barely escaping again, we both ran through a dark corridor above the guards, they used rail detonators to open holes in the roof where we were running while trying to blast us with stolen stoormtrooper rifles. Raven was hit in the arm while running toward a small vent. He cried out with pain and I bolted toward him. I used force healing as soon as possible. He got up and said,"Owies, thanks". We were nearly hit by a late detonating rail charge rail charge. It blew up as we entered the vent. Once in the winding vent system, we stopped to rest for a couple minutes, but long enough to regenerate enough energy to find our way through the vents to our ship. I radioed Shuttle Delta to come back as soon as possible to pick us up. After looking at Raven's arm once more, we slowly crawled through the vents to find the docking hangars. when we arrived at the hangar, we spotted a small group of guards waiting for us to come through the door. We both knew that we would need time to enter the ship, but not enough before the guards noticed. So I contacted Delta once more to ask if they could use their shuttle lasers to create a distraction for the guards to run out. Delta responded that they would make the attempt right away. After hearing the explosion, the guards ran out, and Delta flew into the hangar. We rushed in and escaped the station safely. |
