*Winning team to call/email scores to Don Blankenship. If we do not receive the score information the win will count as a one run victory. This may affect your playoff standings when run differential is used for head to head match-ups. a coin flip may be used to determine your playoff ranking in case of a tie in the standings.
**During playoffs the team with best record has their choice of being home or visitor. Only possible exception is in the final. The team with coming out of the winner’s bracket may choose (for both games if the second game is necessary).

Field conditions: Email messages will be sent out to all managers advising of any field closures. Until such messages are received, assume all games are to be played as scheduled.
Lock Combination: 2620

Directions to the new Marshall Middle School fields from Pomerado Road:
Turn onto Avenue of Nations Rd (same cross street as Willow Creek Rd) Marshall Middle School sign will be on your left side as you turn. Follow road and make a right at the 2nd entrance (there is a sign that says "Marshall Fields Entrance"). You will go up a hill and continue straight and it will lead you into a parking lot and you will see the fields on your right side below you. Enter the fields using the stairs. There are 2 fields (one on each level). The upper field is Marshall #1 and the lower field is Marshall #2.
Ground rules: Fields have a high fence down the left field line that is close to the 3rd base foul line. If someone hits it over that foul, he's OUT! I'd suggest that the home team managers bring an extra ball to avoid a huge delay in retrieving balls over the fence.
Trash: we have to haul it away,
PERIOD!!! Absolutely nothing can be left behind as there will be kids up
there for P.E. the next day.
Bases/Screen: they have to be stored next to
fence by the 'on-deck' area. We also need to lock them up when we're done.
BA will find a lock today or tomorrow and will provide combo to us prior to
games.
