Mendham
Labor Day Parade
This parade is just over a mile
long.
From where anyone of us would
come to Mendham, it’s east of Chester on Rt.24 or west of Morristown on Rt.24.
The assembly point is at the Village Shopping Center (a horseshoe shaped complex
w/ a Kings Supermarket) on East Main St. (Rt. 24).
Parade route travels west on
Main, North on Mountain Av., East on Park Av. to the Borough Park, where it
ends.
Try to park on the side streets
off Mountain Av. near the end after dropping your cargo with other members or
park on Hilltop (across Main St
from Mountain, where we parked last year) and catching a ride back to the
beginning. There are no
shuttles.
