Visits are scheduled from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. including weekends. Some pets require only one visit per day, while others may need two or more visits.
If pets require visits longer than 30-40 minutes, there will be an additional fee. Your rate will be determined prior to service.
A $5.00 holiday surcharge will apply on New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
