This is the view from the door as you walk in the room. Straight ahead is the classroom library and my desk.

Here is a close-up of our classroom library. It is set up to resemble a garden filled with lots of friendly bugs! We use the bulletin board for our interactive writing activies.

Here is a picture of our word wall. On the letters are pictures of the students in our class. To the left you can just see our sink area and my reading table.

Chipper the Beaver, from Rashkis Elementary School in Chapel Hill, NC, recently visited us on his trip around the USA. We had alot of fun with him in the week he spent with us. Here he is at the park we ate lunch at on our field trip to The Main Street Theater.
