A total of six pieces with a yellow belted trench coat
Rain hat and umbrella, which did not open, has yellow tassels at the end of the handle.
A pair of white plastic rain boots
A Barbie tag in the rain coat.
All of which are around, most umbella may be missing the tassels.
In 1964 - 1965 this outfit is called Stormy Weather # 0949.
Tagged Barbie.
Hard to find in a good bright yellow - most faded over time.
Skipper had the similar out fit under the number 1916 from 1965 - 1966 tagged SKIPPER,
only the rain hat is a different style and the coat shorter, belt a little wider.
