From 1959 to 1961 Mattle's Barbie hooked a big one with this outfit.
A red and white checked body shirt with a single white buttom, and those
clam digger length jeans with fly front.
Topped off with wide brim red banded edge
straw hat,
with a very small green frog, a flower accent, and green and blue ribbon ties.
Cork wedgies with red insole and white woven strap for her feet.
A woven picnic
basket for her lunch.
And a gray/green fish on the end of a nylon line with metal sinker on a pamboo pole
completed this for ever fun set.

A Classic outfit for any of the Barbies.
The body suit and jeans are out there.
The hat is out there also, but hard to find with the frog/flower or both, with good ties.
The wedgies in any condition are a good fine, in very good condition are a real find as
over the years they dry up.
The basket is another hard to fine item.
The pole, fish are also a HTF item - J & J DOLLS has replica poles, with fish.
