Update!
As the new year comes closer (one more day now), the JJ Corporation has completed their newest music video "From The Inside", a song by Linkin Park.
Playing to the weather, this film involves an escaped convict who busts out of prison during the harsh winter months. He visits a friend of his who lends him all of the money in his pockets, but later selling him out to the police.
Our main character, played by Jake, spends the video running from the cops while trying to reach the traitor's house for vengeance.
This film uses different modes throughout it. The first is the story mode. This is just as it promises. Next is the "concert" mode, which shows the band performing, using their microphones and instruments. Next we have the "Hybrid" modes, where it combines the two previous modes, showing concert with the story happening behind, for example.
Many shots were used to pull together the effects of this video. The most prized shot would be that of a blacklight and Jake standing in front of it for his 'scream solo'. Also purposely taking the shots out of focus on some shots added to the overall effect.
The help was wonderful. Jake really pulled this video over the top by his clever moves and adrenaline-pumped excitedness. This film also had more actors used, using drums and guitar, turntable, and the microphones.
This was the first film that Jeff and Jake both worked on the editing together, which was very helpful in pooling ideas for shots.
Due to some technical difficulties with the editing software, the video was completely finished [editing] when an error appeared saying the film was not captured using standard film rate and thus must be edited again using a different film quality. The video is expected within one week.
