Snowing and brrr...cold
I love to be around with them. They are nice people and also kind. On lunch time there are Carol and Kevin, first I feel ackward because of there is somebody else between Carol and me, there always like that. So Carol and Kevin talk while I just kept quiet. But then I have a good to tell a story about George from comedy Seinfeld. And both response and the ice breaker success. I always shy if I talked to people that I don't know, and we just gather in one place. But I hope I can improve myself on this

Today my dad has surgery, we pray and hope everything will go smooth.
I find that recently my eating habit is not good, I want to eat something and it feel that intense, I can't do this...waa I have to control myself. I don't know why...maybe the weather? or? I want to go back to healthy eating and back to the normal calories I take per day...or I should start exercise again? I bet...
I works for the truck after go back home, and it take a couple hour for me to do that.
