| Yesterday we went to Asian Groceries at Nicollet Av. for the 2nd time. And this time we could do it more calm and not in hurry as the first time. So I would able to verify what things available there. Hoa...I like this store. They have so many things we can buy for making asian meals. Eventhough some of them were strange for me but then it is ok, at least I would use some of them to cook my some of asian food I used to have. Also I found Shanghai maling, pork luncheon meat, canned. This is the one that I have been looking for so long. But This has different production but still have the license from Shang Hai Maling. Also I bought some groceries. and ba pao ( steamed bun) , yum yum yum...the filling was spicy ground beef with boild egg in the middle. That was inspired me to make buns with chicken in it. So yes today I make it, and the result is not really bad. Pretty good that is the comment from people that eat that. What I need to do is to make the bun more soft. Also for lunch I cook fried rice vermicelli and use thai peanut sauce as the sauce replace light soy sauce or sweet soy sauce that we always use to cook. It is inspired by fried rice vermicelli that I used to eat when I was in Indo, we eat that with sauce, peanut sauce but we put separately. So this time I poured over the vermicelli, cook it and the taste is so good. I am quite happy with cooking experience today... |

| Today I make some changes to the pages that already done. In order to make it more comfortable for people to read them. Such as delete our favorite links, Yahoo weather, and put some animations icons in some pages. |
