James have 2 days, 1/2 days, today and tomorrow off, he is going to work this Saturday from evening until morning for inventory.
We used this opportunity to go to IRS office in Minneapolis to file for ITIN and Federal Tax Income Return together with the W-7 form.
Everything was going smooth.
We will wait 4-8 weeks for IRS mailed us with Jenny's ITIN and waiting 4 weeks more to get the refund from Federal Tax. Soon I get the number, we should file for State Income Tax Return. We don't have to be worry because we don't have liability to government regarding this so due date to report our tax, April 15, don't effective for us |

I love spring! it is not colder as before but then still cold :) and also the weather is so nice, sometime rain, trees is budding, birds singing, sunset is 7-8 at night, during the day, sun is bright out, what else you can ask for after gloomy winter?
I am waiting for trees to show their leaves and flowers's blossom

It is counting days to wait for USCIS to get back to me with working permit approval, April 21 is the lasted date, if not then we will go to USCIS local office here to get temporary card. And then we can apply for SS :) But need to wait about 4-6 weeks to get the number, they need to confirm my status with immigration :) |
