If you just have played F-Zero GX, it seems that you're standing still in Maiokart: Double Dash, still I think that I like more Mariokart somehow.

The biggest difference from this game than the other Mariokarts, is that here you can race two on one cart.

Anyway there could have been more courses and difficultier.

They are not too big difference which character you choose except on the special item.

Every character has a special item, that not so many other have.

Then another tactical, what makes a big difference is what kart you choose, take for example, Goo-Goo Buggy and Koopa Dasher, they are light carts, that weight very little, they have great acceleration, but low max speed. If you choose either Red Fire, Heart Coach or Turbo Yoshi, these are Medium carts, they have not great Acceleration or max speed, but neither low.

And then we have of course DK Jumbo, Koopa King and Wario Car these carts are heavy, they have low acceleration, but big max speed.

So it's up to you to choose your favorite.

Anyway as always there is a funny Battle game , that you can play against a friend.

This is a great game, why don't you too buy it.
