9 CARES COLORADO SHARES |
|

9 Cares Colorado Shares bags were handed out at the meeting, and a flyer about them wnet out to you in the mail before the meeting. If you give out 6 bags for food donations you will receive your 9 Cares patch for this year. If you have questions, please see your flyer or contact me. COOKBOOK SALES |

|
Please start taking orders for cookbooks or get some from me so we can build up our troop funds. I have alot available for purchase, and was able to sell 12 this last month in order to pay for pins, patches and our tickets to the "Buffalo Bill Murder Mystery Dinner". We have several things coming up in December - so we should try to network with people at church and school in order to sell them. They are $8.25 a piece or $10.00 if someone wants them mailed to them directly. THANKS!! |

FUTURE MEETING |

Our next meeting will be held Tuesday, December 7th at 7pm We will be having a Troop Christmas party!! Please bring a "White Elephant" gift of aroung $10.00. Wrap the gift, but do not put any tag on it. We will "swap" these at the Christmas Party. I will have festive refreshments and I don't anticipate long meeting time - just preparation and permission slips for our fun Field Trip on December 17th. Please be prepared to hand in homework for Gold work that night! |

FUTURE EVENTS |

I have several events paid for and planned in the coming months - so here are some dates you need to mark on your calendars. Also, please check your "Events" page on this website for information on the events. Ihave also updated the Calendar page through March of 2005, so take a look at the calendars so you can mark down meetings and field trips - so we do not have any conflists on scheduling!
On December 17th, Friday, we will be going to the "Paris on the PLatte" restaurant for dinner, and then going on the the Christmas light display at the Botanical gardens. Times and cost will be announced in the December Newsletter - and by direct e-mail to each of you.
I was able to get us into the "Buffalo Bill Murder Mystery Dinner" on Wednesday, January 17th from 6:30-9pm - so be sure to keep this night open!! Troop funds have already paid for this.
I also scheduled us for a badge earning field trip on Monday, Februay 21st, from 9am-3:30pm. This is a visit to the State Capital along with a visit to an in-session Colorado Legislature meeting - so please take the day from school. The Interest Project badge we will be earning if "Law and Order", and troop funds have already paid for this field trip.
