Fermented soya bean patties
These make a quick yummy healthy snack!

Ingredients
1pack of fermented soya beans (natto)
1 grated raw potato
1 egg
2 crushed garlic cloves
3 chopped green onions
1/2 cup flour
salt and pepper
tomato sauce or fruit chutney to serve

Method
1. Mix all the above ingredients.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan.
3. Spoon onto frying pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
4. Serve hot with either tomato sauce or fruit chutney.
